NOKIA LUMIA 610 STARTS ROLLING OUT IN ASIA, NOW AVAILABLE IN PHILIPPINES


As promised, Nokia’s most affordable Windows Phone device Nokia Lumia 610 is finally on sale in Asia starting from Philippines. The device would go on sale in other parts of Asia including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam in the upcoming weeks. The rest of the markets will get the Lumia 610 by the end of this quarter.

 

Announced at the MWC12 the Nokia Lumia 610 is Nokia’s fourth and most affordable Lumia smartphone, designed as the perfect introduction to Windows Phone for a younger audience. The device features 3.7” LCD display, 800 Mhz processor, 256 MB of RAM, a 5 Megapixel Camera, 1300 mAh battery and comes in Cyan, Black, White and Magenta color. The Nokia Lumia 610 makes it easy to keep in touch with friends, providing instant access to social networks and bringing all mobile, email, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn contacts into one place.  It also makes it easier to browse the Web with Internet Explorer and to access games through Xbox Live. Available with Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive, Nokia Transport and Nokia Music, people can also choose from thousands of apps in the Windows Phone Marketplace to further personalize the experience.

The unlocked Nokia Lumia 610 is now available in black, magenta, cyan and white colors in select Nokia Stores and retail outlets in Philippines for 11,000 PHP ( $ 260 approx).
