Nokia Reader v1.0.3 for Series 40 update adds fast keyword news search

Reading the news on your Series 40 Touch and Type phone just got better. Nokia Reader version 1.0.3 for Series 40 phones has been updated with keyword news search, letting Nokia Asha 303, Nokia Asha 300 and Nokia C3-01 owners discover the latest news stories and sources even quicker.

The new beta release 1.0.3 for Nokia Reader should make reading the latest news stories on your Nokia Series 40 phone a much more enjoyable experience.

Instead of navigating and scrolling through menus and articles, owners of Series 40 Touch and Type phones will be able to use keywords that direct to the most relevant news stories via the Nokia Reader news directory.

The update should work on most Touch and Type devices. Nokia Beta Labs confirms that Nokia Reader has been tested to work on the following handsets: Nokia C2-02, Nokia X3-02, Nokia C3-01, Nokia Asha 303 and Nokia Asha 300.

Nokia Reader first launched on Series 40 devices in April 2012. It lets you read local news easily with the help of article previews and subscriptions with push notifications alerting you to the latest breaking news.

Nokia Reader beta release 1.0.3 is free to download now from your Nokia Series 40 Touch and Type device, so remember to hit the update button for a better news reading experience.
